The 9 Gem Heart Cluster curved barbell features one (1) threaded 3mm round gem in a prong setting and a fixed bottom holding eight (8) 2mm round gems surrounding one (1) 4x4mm heart shaped gem. This 14g 12g curved barbell is available in lengths of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", and 1/2". Available in 14kt or 18kt Yellow, White, Rose, and Black Gold, or Platinum, and hand polished to a mirror shine.
