Manufactured by Anatometal using ASTM F-136 implant grade titanium. This titanium 2mm prong-set faceted gem threaded end will fit 18 gauge, 16 gauge, 14 gauge, and 12 gauge internally threaded posts. The gem is hand-set without the use of glue or other adhesives and the setting is hand polished to a mirror shine for a finish that is recognized as one of the best in the industry. Anatometal uses only the highest quality synthetic lead free gems.
