Manufactured by Anatometal using 18 karat Yellow, White or Rose Gold. This gold Zia threaded end measures 8mm at the widest point and features one 4mm prong-set cabochon gem surrounded by four tri-bead clusters. The Zia will fit 18 gauge, 16 gauge, 14 gauge and 12 gauge internally threaded posts. The gem is hand-set without the use of glue or other adhesives and the setting is hand polished to a mirror shine for a finish that is recognized as one of the best in the industry. Anatometal uses only the highest quality synthetic Lead free gems.
