Manufactured by Anatometal using Implant Grade 316LVM ASTM F-138 Surgical Steel and Silver. This Surgical Steel Marquise Gemmed Eyelet features 2 X 4mm Marquise-cut gems and a Silver Eldritch insert. All of Anatometal's gemstones are high quality lead free lab made synthetic stones. Each gemstone is channel set by hand and guaranteed for a lifetime. NO GLUES or Adhesives are used to keep the stones in place. Hand polished to a mirror shine, Anatometal's surface finish is recognized as one of the best in the industry.
