Manufactured by Anatometal using ASTM F-138 certified implant-grade surgical stainless steel. The ball end is counter sunk for a nice tight fit on any Anatometal internally threaded 14 or 12 gauge post. Anatometal threaded ball ends have a built in self-locking feature which keeps them securely attached to their posts. All Anatometal jewelry is hand polished to a mirror shine and has a surface finish that is recognized as one of the best in the industry.
